CIANJ Trenton Update/Open Discussion Regulatory Reforms Meeting

Good morning and sorry for the short notice but if you and/or your colleagues can join us this afternoon for an informal Trenton update and discussion on possible regulatory reforms that would help businesses, it will be appreciated. A few CIANJ members had good meetings last week with the NJDEP Commissioner, Ed Potosnak, and his team as well as with Kellie Doucette, Chief Operating Officer and her team. As you know Governor Sherrill signed a couple of Executive Orders freezing all regulations which were not finalized and also launched a regulatory reform effort through Executive Order #5. CIANJ has a follow up meeting on Friday and we will like to provide feedback. If you cannot make it, no worries as there will be follow up meetings as this will take time but we hope you can join us
