CIANJ will be meeting with Senator Smith later this month to continue the discussion on enacting legislation which will help expedite the development and redevelopment of underutilized and abandoned sites in New Jersey. This is a follow-up to our real estate event last June, where we discussed this issue, as well as discussions at recent EBC meetings.
