The company was founded by Keith Gagnon to provide Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) services, a newly mandated provision of New Jerseys Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). Leveraging more than 30 years of hands-on environmental consulting experience and regulatory knowledge, Keith and our team of experts guide property owners and operators through the most complex and challenging remediation cases. Having been involved in the varying aspects of site remediation, they work collaboratively with the clients team of environmental consultants and attorneys, providing sound professional judgment in their decisions and recommendations. LSRP Consulting is well-versed in New Jersey environmental laws and regulations. Our LSRPs have been in the LSRP role for over 100 cases and have approved Remedial Action Workplans and issued Response Action Outcomes (RAOs). Their ability to work with owners, operators, the NJDEP and incumbent environmental consultants allows the development of remedial paths to meet the goals of each stakeholder.
