Spectrum Works is a New Jersey nonprofit social enterprise committed to raising awareness that autistic individuals can be valuable productive employees, successfully training and educating them for meaningful employment, implementing sustainable and scalable employment programs at companies, directly assisting schools to develop job training programs to transition autistic students into the workforce, and ultimately creating more integrated workforces through greater education and opportunity. We currently work with students from thirty high schools in New Jersey within the seven counties of Union, Mercer, Morris, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Passaic.
